A.T. Rolland (Fife) Ltd was established in 2006, initially focused on residential in the Edinburgh, Fife and Perthshire areas. We expanded our services into the commercial and hospitality sectors gaining contracts with some of the largest construction companies in the UK. We also gained a long term contract for the maintenance of one of Scotland’s leading 5 star luxury resorts in Scotland where our decorators certainly learned their craft to a very high standard.
Some of our notable successes to date include the complete decoration of Kinfauns Castle in Perthshire (insert link), ames taping and decoration of newly built Schools across Fife and Edinburgh and supporting the redevelopment of a large hotel building into residential properties.
We also offer repair and maintenance contracts.
